Ordering:

I’m new, how do I place an order?
Add chosen product to online shopping cart.

STEP 1: ADD TO CART

Browse our shop, select a product, a desired quantity and press “ADD TO CART”. To view your cart and/or checkout, press the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the site.

To place your order, press “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

STEP 2: PAY FOR ORDER

Send your payment using online banking with secure Interac e-Transfer, Bitcoin or any Altcoin.

If paying by Interac e-transfer, please send your payment promptly as we are holding the stock of your products for your order. Please contact us if you are unable to make a prompt payment and we’ll make sure to hold your order for you.

*Please be advised that we are located in Vancouver, BC and operate on PST. If you send your payment during the evening, we will not be able to accept it until our morning.

Receive your package from Canada Post.

STEP 3: RECEIVE PACKAGE

After we receive your payment, we will pack and ship your order. Once it is shipped, we will email you a Canada Post tracking number.

Your package will arrive by Canada Post Xpress Shipping within 1 to 3 business days after it is shipped. The closer you are located to Vancouver, BC, the faster you will receive your order.

Is it safe to order from you?

Yes, it is safe to mail order cannabis products. Canada Post does not screen packages so the contents of your order will remain hidden from detection. Packages are covered by the Canada Post Corporation Act which states that law enforcement may not seize or interfere with the delivery of your mail, unless it is considered a threat to national security. Our products are safe and are not considered a threat to national security.

Do I need to become a member or have a doctor’s prescription?

No, you do not need to send in your ID or a medical card. You only need to be 19+ years old.It is illegal to purchase or offer cannabis to minors under the age of 19 years old in Canada.

Can I place an order if I live outside of Canada?

No, currently only residents of Canada may order.

Do I have to use my real name with my order?

That is up to you. If you do not use your real name and you are not home when your package is delivered, you will not be able to pick your package up at the post office because you will have to show ID.

Is there a minimum order spending amount?

A minimum order of $25 (before shipping and after coupon discounts) is required.

What do I put for the Interac e-Transfer question and answer?

Follow the directions on the receipt that is emailed to you.

Please include your order number in the e-Transfer notes. If you forgot, there is no need to contact us as we will be able to connect your order to the payment without this information.

Do not put any reference to what your order containers or cannabis in your e-Transfer notes.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us. As long as we have not shipped your order then we can make changes.

Is tax charged on my order?

All taxes are included in our prices already.

What is your Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy?

Once your payment has been received, we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns. We can offer modifications to your order such as adding more items or a change of address if we have not already shipped your package yet. If an item is missing or has malfunctioned then we will send
a replacement of equal or greater value.

Is my information secure and will you ever release it to third parties?

Yes! Security is our number one priority, along with customer satisfaction. Your information will be 100% kept private and we do not share it with any third party under any condition. See our Privacy Policy.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Interac E-Transfer, Bitcoin or any Altcoin.

What happens after my Secure Interac e-Transfer has been sent?

We will accept your transfer as soon as we can and get your package shipped with a tracking number emailed to you.

What happens to my order if I do not send my Interac e-Transfer?

We must receive your payment within 2 hours of your order being placed to ensure your items remain in stock. If no payment is received within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled. Feel free to submit another order at anytime.

What shipping providers do you use?

We use Canada Post exclusively for their safety and reliability.

What is the cost of shipping and can I get free shipping?

We use Canada Post’s Xpress shipping nationwide. A flat rate of $15 for shipping is charged on all orders regardless of where you are located. You get free shipping for orders over $150+ or with our First Time Customer Promotion.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed and paid for before 12pm PST / 3pm EST will be processed the same business day. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 11am PST, your order will be shipped the same business day.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be packaged in a 25cm by 19cm Canada Post Xpress plastic bubble mailer.

Our Packaging Method:

Privacy is extremely important to us. We do our best to ensure that your package arrives safely and discreetly.

Step 1: Foil Packaging

All cannabis is first packaged in an odor proof, foil, ziplock bag. One side is clear (as depicted in the photo above) and the other side is solid silver.

Step 2: Vacuumed Sealed

We vacuum seal all foil ziplock bags as a final insurance so that your package will not smell and the contents will be undetectable.

Step 3: Xpresspost Mailer

All products will be shipped in Canada Post’s Xpresspost bubble wrap packaging. We will not include our business name or any other details that could indicate what is inside.

How long until I receive my package?

Your package will be shipped the same business day if we receive your payment before 12pm PST / 3pm EST (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). Once your order is shipped via Xpress Post with Canada Post, you should receive it within 1 – 3 business days depending on how far away from Vancouver, BC you are. However, please note this is not a guarantee due to the possibility of unforeseen delays. We are not held responsible for packages that have been delivered later than anticipated.

When will I receive my tracking number?

We will email your tracking number by 5pm PST the day your order is shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show on Canada Post’s website.

I don't want it delivered to my home or I may not be home when my package arrives. What are my options?

Sign up for a free FlexDelivery address with Canada Post here. This is like your own personal PO BOX and they will let you know when your order arrives by email or by their app. Pick up your package at the post office whenever it is most convenient to you.

My tracking number does not work?

The package may not have been entered into Canada Post’s internal system yet. Give it some time (up to 24 hours) and your tracking information will be updated on Canada Post’s website.

My tracking is showing the incorrect destination?

This is most likely due to human error, contact us immediately and Canada Post will re-route the package to your destination with a 1 – 2 day delay from when it normally would have arrived.

I have not received my package, now what?

Use your tracking number and track your package here.
